I hope everyone is having a nice week so far! The weather has been really bad over here in Aarhus since a few days which got me stuck at home all the time.. Please bring back our sun! So allow me to take you back to warmer days in Positano and warmer days in Aarhus as well. We went to a few meetings in Copenhagen last week and I wore the most simplest outfit you can actually think of; boyfriend jeans, ruffled sweat and my favorite pair of extremely comfortable espadrilles. I love dressing minimalistic pieces up with a statement piece or accessory. Now back to my new Aussie friends, who will bring your minimalistic wardrobe game up quite a few notches. They know how we Scandinavians love our minimal & monochrome aesthetics not to mention they’ve made the ultimate fringe shorts! They’ve found the secret to make basics look incredibly chic and stylish.
Summer in Denmark hasn’t been treating us that well, so when I saw the weather forecast in Aarhus one evening last weekend, we jumped outside shooting the most flattering and perfectly ripped jeans I’ve own. I’ve been getting so many compliments and people asking me where my jeans are from! The first outfit consist of these pieces: “Lorelei Cut Shldr ruffle sweat” Decjuba – ‘Liv Ripped Girlfriend Jean’ Decjuba
Positano treated us with extremely hot weather, so I enjoyed hanging on our terrace that offered the most exquisite view over the small town of Positano. Here we hung, ate pizza and had the most delicious iced tea one afternoon. Decjuba had sorted my vacay wardrobe perfectly. I brought along this one shoulder off shoulder striped top and another off shoulder piece you’ll see below and paired them with Decjuba ripped shorts. Ultimate minimalistic dream pieces in my opinion. “Imogen One Shoulder’ top Decjuba – Ripped shorts Decjuba
Sunset walks in Positano were quite more bearable. We took a small hike out of the town and watched the sun go down. So beautiful. This moment as accompanied by the Decjuba Cami top and my favourite shorts. Cami Top Decjuba – Ripped shorts Decjuba
Off shoulder ruffles
Amalfi water in the backdrop and a moment after we got our hands on some gelato. I wore this beautiful off shoulder Skylar top in the most beautiful pale blue denimish color. The cliffside and turquoise water matched the top perfectly. I love the sleeve details that makes this top a little more special and unique. Back home in the Aarhus, I wore this top out for a chilled dinner occasion by the marina. The weather was quite forgiving this day but you could feel that summer was soon to be over. The blouse is playful with its frills, flowyness and shoulder cut out details. Just something I would wear on a day to day basis or when I want to dress up a bit with a pair of skinny jeans and heels, makes me a tiny bit excited for autumn, I can’t really explain why. My go to outfit these days! It’s getting chilly so I better cover ’em legs. These Decjuba jeans are perfection if you’re on the hunt for some distressed goodness. I thought I’d make the focus on the jeans and just pair it with a simple Decjuba basic tee. I had to keep myself warm with a chunky knit tho.
